Miou est un projet pop sensible et incarné. Entre pop moderne et textures folk/trad, le groupe tisse un son organique, parfois berçant, parfois dansant. La voix d’Alma se pose sur des arrangements épurés ou plus énergiques, portés par la complicité évidente des musiciens. Au cœur du projet : une histoire de transmission et de famille : un père, une fille, un frère. Entourés d’un ami proche, comme une fratrie élargie.

Miou is a sensitive and authentic pop project. Blending modern pop with folk and traditional textures, the band weaves an organic sound that is at times lulling, at times danceable. Alma’s voice is set against arrangements that range from minimalist to more energetic, carried by the musicians’ obvious rapport. At the heart of the project lies a story of passing on traditions and family: a father, a daughter, a brother. They are joined by a close friend, like an extended family.
