Indian Classical Music- Sarod & Tabla: Mallar Rakshit & Arup Sengupta

Mallar Rakshit is an accomplished mentor, composer, and arranger with over a decade of experience in both performance and teaching. He demonstrates proficiency across various musical genres, underpinned by a robust grasp of theoretical principles and
practical application. He also committed to fostering performance skills while providing comprehensive instructions in all facets of music. Goal-oriented and driven, adept at developing curriculum content for Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) and Middle Years
Programme (IBMYP) music initiatives, he now serves as a
lecturer in the department of instrumental classical music at
Rabindrabharati University.

ARUP Sengupta doesn't need any introduction to Hindustani music lovers in Europe as he regularly performs with renowned Hindustani Musicians throughout Europe, India and the Us. Arup is considered to be one of the most sought after Tabla accompanists in Europe. He studied Tabla with Tabla exponent Pandit Subhen Chatterjee from Kolkata (India) as well as with Subhenji's own Guru, the renowned and legendary Tabla Master Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri, who is considered to be one of the world top most Tabla players.
