Discover the rhythm in your body
This workshop is aimed at exploring the rhythm inside and detecting the cadences around us. Everything has a beat to it. We explore beatbox / vocal percussion, rhythmic circle songs, different time signatures and various exercises that work on our perception and embodiment of rhythm, as well as notions of body percussion, movement and musical sensitivity.

WORKING Method
the training will be based in different kinds of exercises, dynamics and vocal improvisation game. We will also have circle singing, movement exploration and moments of co-creation. There will be some short breaks throughout the activity and one main (longer) lunch break.
