In this winter module, we will carefully activate our bodies and progressively increase the intensity of our movements, to then release, calm down and zen out. The aim is to grow our endurance, while listening to the need of our body to be taken care of and find more rest.
This course is for anyone who would like to combine movement with well-being, without any prerequisites.
