Sonja writes:
"There are many incredible steps we can take on our journey better sex, more joy and connection. Female ejaculation (FE) is one of them, and t's a very essential one as it involves a whole body part - the so called G-spot area - that is waiting to fulfill its purpose: To bring enjoyment and ecstasy."

The so called G-spot – which btw every woman has, and it's not a spot but an area – is not mentioned in anatomy books, is rarely talked about or touched in an awakening way.
Let's change that.

Agenda
In these two days we will
- learn a lot about the G-spot
- learn a couple of techniques to touch and awaken this area (it's not important if you do it yourself or with another person)
- do breathing work and movements to relax and land in the moment
- give each other back massages
- have lots of time to share personal questions, fears and desires
- talk about what else supports our sex life, becaus good sex is a life style
- play communication games, as clear communication is a very helpful skill to have in sex and especially around female ejaculation.

We won't do the techniques (or anything else sexual) in the workshop but we recommand to try some of them at home in the night between the two workshop days, so you have some experience and we can talk about it on the second day.

The workshop is for women, men, couples and singles.
It will be held in English.

About Sonja Kreiner:
