A Yin yoga detox sequence perfect to release toxins and blocked energy in our bodies. This sequence is not only going to release tension from the physical and mental body, working on our connective tissues and fascia, but will also going to stimulate our organs, especially the ones that extract waste from our bodies.

Our practice room will be full of little lights and candles and the sequence will finish with a relaxation and a sound bath of magical instruments.
Option to stay a little longer and have a chat around a warm cuppa tea and a little bite.
