This season Brussels Muzieque offered you a deep dive into the clarinet repertoire, a unique bassoon piano duo recital, and now we end the season with another wind instrument experience.
Matteo Del Monte, solo flute at the Opéra La Monnaie De Munt, will bring together a strings team formed by Noémy Tiercet - principal of violins of Opéra La Monnaie De Munt, Monika Mlynarczyk - co-principal viola at Opéra La Monnaie De Munt and Eduardo Tonietto - guest cellist at Brussels Philharmonic, to perform a varied repertoire ranging from baroque to modern music exploring several combinations among duos, trios, and quartets. The highlights of this concert will be the flute quartets, presenting the full musical brilliance of the flute combined with the elegance of the string trio.
