A compelling journey in the multicultural music landscape of the balkans & anatolia: sounds, stories & improvisations.
Braila's music is a tuneful fusion of the Balkans’ vibrant rhythms and Asia Minor’s rich folk music traditions.
Drawing inspiration from Greek, Balkan and Turkish centuries-old songs, they weave together the expressive voices of their instruments, heartfelt vocal performances and stories about love, longing and rebellion. Their style reflects a deep respect for their cultural roots while bringing a fresh, playful energy that makes their music resonate with today’s audiences.
