Metrostation; "Etangs Noirs" or "Ossegem", very quiet, there are 2 beds with distance, between 2 beds there is a large table as a barriere. Rent: for 1 person; incl. Charge+internet wireless, total 330 Euro/month.
This flat will be shared mainly by 2 person, common using place; complet equiped living kitchen, refrieserator, wc, shower will be shared with 2 or 3 person.

Molenbeek is a large muticultural part of Brussels. Rue de Menin is situated very near to the central station Brussels and station Midi, (only 4-5 stations by metro; "Etangs Noirs" or "Ossegem") but very quiet. I am living here since 12 years, without any problem! The street rue de Menin is cleaned 2 times a week by the commune. The house is clean, bright and quiet.
